Agreement to These Terms
Important: By creating an account on 44kk or by using any part of the 44kk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use the 44kk platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44kk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 44kk website located at 44kk.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets and features offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the platform.
44kk reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 44kk platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

1. Eligibility
Age and Legal Capacity
To register and use the 44kk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 44kk strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 and will terminate any account found to belong to an underage player without notice, with all associated funds forfeited.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and other legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for taking independent legal advice before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an employee of 44kk or any of its associated companies, game providers or payment processors. Such persons are ineligible to hold player accounts or claim bonuses.
Identity Verification (KYC)
44kk reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. This may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a national ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
2. Account Registration
Registration Requirements
When registering for a 44kk account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to the following obligations regarding your account:
- You may hold only one active 44kk account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact 44kk support immediately to have the situation rectified.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any security codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility.
- You must notify 44kk support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised. 44kk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify the platform promptly.
- 44kk reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where the platform suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a player has been identified as a problem gambler. In such cases, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard withdrawal procedures following investigation.
Account Currency
All 44kk player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in BDT unless otherwise stated. 44kk does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions conducted in foreign currencies by payment intermediaries are subject to conversion at the applicable exchange rate determined by the intermediary; 44kk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment services.
Note: 44kk does not accept deposits or pay out withdrawals in cash. All transactions must be conducted through approved digital payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Direct and other methods listed in the payment section of the platform.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The following rules apply to all deposits made to your 44kk account:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 44kk, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are beyond 44kk's control.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 44kk does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
- 44kk does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may levy fees on their end; such fees are outside 44kk's control. The amount credited to your 44kk wallet will be the net amount received by the platform following any intermediary deductions.
Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests made from your 44kk account:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, however large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks at 44kk's discretion.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered player. 44kk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 44kk targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours under any circumstances.
Anti-Money Laundering
44kk is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the platform are subject to monitoring in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 44kk reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Players must not use the 44kk platform for any money laundering purpose, and any winnings derived from criminal activity are subject to forfeiture. 44kk may request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time and may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 44kk platform are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Bonuses claimed before completing required verification steps may be withheld until verification is completed.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the bonus validity period.
- 44kk reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after having been credited to a player's account, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from that bonus will be removed from the account.
- Players may only claim each welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus using a second account, a new identity, or a new payment method associated with a previously registered player constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Free Spins
Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotional offer are valid only on the specific slot game(s) designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. Free spins not used within the validity period will expire automatically. Free spin winnings that exceed any stated maximum conversion cap will be removed from the account balance on conversion from bonus to real funds.
5. Prohibited Conduct
44kk operates a fair and secure platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Prohibited Actions
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism not authorised by 44kk to place bets, access games, exploit bonus offers, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- Exploitation of software errors, glitches, bugs or malfunctions in any game or platform feature. Any winnings accumulated as a result of exploiting a technical fault are not valid and will be voided. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to 44kk support immediately and must not exploit it.
- Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person, allowing another person to operate your account, or selling, transferring or assigning your account to any third party.
- Any conduct that 44kk reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, harassing or harmful toward other players, 44kk staff or third parties associated with the platform, whether through in-platform communications or any other channel.
Consequences: Accounts found in breach of this section will be suspended immediately. Remaining account balances, including any pending withdrawals, may be forfeited in their entirety where prohibited conduct is confirmed following investigation. 44kk reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against players engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the 44kk platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 44kk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions on Use
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any content from the 44kk platform without the prior written consent of 44kk. Unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence. The 44kk brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of 44kk. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 44kk trademark or any associated marks for any purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
44kk endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors or delays. The platform may be taken offline for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice. 44kk is not liable for any losses or missed betting opportunities arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures or telecommunications outages.
Limitation of Financial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44kk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 44kk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.
8. Responsible Gaming
Player Protection Tools
44kk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge through the account settings section of the platform:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; any increase to a deposit limit will only take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform. Session timers reset after each login.
- Self-exclusion — players may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination
Termination by 44kk
44kk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, has provided false registration information, has been identified as a problem gambler requiring protection, or where continued operation of the account would present unacceptable risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Closure by Player
You may request closure of your 44kk account at any time by contacting 44kk support. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
10. Amendments, Severability and Governing Law
Amendments
44kk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, 44kk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on file. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms in that jurisdiction only, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
